Served as Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Misr for Central Clearing, Depository and Registry (MCDR) from February 2006 to January 2021.

Served as a Board Member of DSB for OTC Derivative ISIN, representing the Association of National Numbering Agencies (ANNA), from March 2017 to January 2021.

Represented MCDR on the Board of Directors of ANNA as an elected member from June 2015 to June 2018.

ANNA (Association of National Numbering Agencies) comprises 112 full members representing 94 countries and is headquartered in Belgium.

Has been a Member of the General Assembly of Insurance Holding Company since 2015 to date.

Served as a Board Member of Insurance Holding Company from 2008 to 2011.

Served as a Member of the Investment Committee of Misr Insurance Company from 2016 to 2019.

Served as a Board Member of MAM Misr Assets Management from 2011 to 2014.

Served as a Board Member of the Egyptian Investor Protection Fund, representing investors, from 2005 to 2011.

Obtained a Certified Board Member Certificate from the Egyptian Institute of Directors in June 2018.
